Abstract

In the present article we propose a conception of poetry as a creative act that becomes a means to bring out internal circumstances or events that are turned into concrete expression through words, which becomes poetic word out of nothing or of everything, which is the inspiration. Poetry as a response to an affective query, from the spirit itself or out of it, because either inside or outside laid the symptoms and the habits that are the sources of it. Poetry as a need of expression, of an act arisen from an urgency to communicate through signs that explore and explode from the intimate states. A poetic genesis generated in an adequate environment, always at the time of chaos, at the time and in the space required to survive from anguish, because this is the function of poetry, a function that generally goes beyond history and death
