| dc.description.abstract | The virtual environment development has had a big surge the last years, due to the emerging of new easy to use tools and programming languages. A programmed virtual environment tries to represent in the computer a scene of the real world. In this article the construction of a three-dimensional virtual environment is described, which allows the user, to make a virtual walk through of the new facilities of the Systems Engineering School at the University of Los Andes, located in the nucleus ;La Hechicera;. For the construction of this virtual environment the watch model was used and for this implementation, they were used a set of tools such as3D Studio Max, Anima3D, Java3D and the language for virtual environment VRML. | |
