De la innovación al uso: algunas reflexiones en torno de la historiografía de la tecnología y su aplicación en Colombia

Abstract

The following text stresses the idea that the history of technology must consider the processes of diffusion, adaptation and elimination of technologies and not only invention and innovation. This approach validates the historic work in countries like Colombia that do not produce new technologies, but assimilate and use technologies developed elsewhere.
