This research project contributes greatly to public health, as a preventive, and also helps in urban growth, it is a technological and innovative project. It should be noted that UV radiation especially in the highlands, cities like Oruro, becomes a sensitive issue in health, due to its intensity. For this reason in this project the design of an Electronic Solmáforo which allows us to measure the levels of UV radiation. To do various tests of the prototype were made in three areas of the city. Subsequently these data are presented in graphic intensity of UV radiation vs. Time (hours), thus establishing that the more radiation hours are between 12 to 15 hs. Designing a banner, which has information of radiation, according to color code which indicates the level of solar intensity was made. Obtaining parameters and identifying high-risk areas to start socialization campaigns.
