Intervención de las auditorías para la mitigación de EFOS y EDOS

Abstract

La auditoria representa un examen realizado a un persona física o moral para la detección de irregularidades a través de sus estados financieros o algún área operativa dentro de la empresa, para verificar que todo este en orden. En el presente artículo se abordará como la auditoria puede intervenir para detectar a empresas que realicen operaciones simuladas conocidas como EFOS y EDOS ya que estas afectan al estado, la auditoria ayuda a detectar y verificar que todos los procesos realizados se estén haciendo de la manera correcta, para cumplir con sus obligaciones y así evitar transacciones fraudulentas. Se hará a través de un método cualitativos con un enfoque descriptivo, buscando el cumplir con lo establecido en el titulo ya antes mencionado.
