We present two patients who, after using Hyaluronic Acid (HA) in rhinomodelation procedures, present a non-ophthalmological vascular complication. We will analyze the clinical behavior of both patients and therapeutic management aimed at reversing this complication, as well as the current evidence regarding the facial anatomical areas of risk regarding the use of "Filler" and how to minimize adverse events. It is important to emphasize the progressive increase in the use of non-invasive techniques in facial harmonization, where HA mainly stands out and in the same proportion the incidence of vascular complications.
