Análisis del clima organizacional del departamento de enfermería en el hospital Obrero Nº 7 - C.N.S. Tarija 2005

Abstract

El estudio corresponde a un Diseño Cuantitativo, Transversal, descriptivo; el universo estuvo conformado por licenciadas y auxiliares de Enfermería que trabajan en el Hospital Obrero Nº 7 - C.N.S., con un total de 67 enfermeras. Se utilizó cuestionarios de ochenta criterios distribuidos en forma aleatoria para las variables: Liderazgo, Motivación, Reciprocidad y Participación | The study corresponds to a Quantitative, Transversal, descriptive Design; the universe was made up of graduates and nursing assistants working at the Hospital Obrero Nº 7 - C.N.S., with a total of 67 nurses.
