Abstract
El desarrollo de las capacidades coordinativas es esencial para el desempeño motriz, cognitivo y afectivo de los niños, especialmente en edades tempranas. Estas capacidades incluyen equilibrio, orientación espacio-temporal, ritmo, reacción, diferenciación kinestésica y acoplamiento motor, fundamentales en la vida cotidiana y en disciplinas deportivas. El objetivo del estudio fue analizar la importancia de las capacidades coordinativas en el contexto educativo, destacando su impacto en el desarrollo integral y el desempeño motriz de los educandos. Se utilizó una metodología de revisión bibliográfica, basada en fuentes recientes, para explorar la relación entre las capacidades coordinativas y su influencia en el ámbito escolar y deportivo. Usando los "Capacidades coordinativas", "Beneficio del deporte", "Equilibrio", "Actividad física en niños de primaria", "Desarrollo", "Educación", "Education", "Coordinación", "Development" y "Coordination development". Se concluye que estas capacidades, cuando se desarrollan desde la niñez, mejoran significativamente el desempeño físico, motriz y cognitivo, resaltando la necesidad de implementar estrategias pedagógicas efectivas en el sistema educativo nacional para promover su adecuado desarrollo.
The development of coordination skills is essential for the motor, cognitive and affective performance of children, especially at early ages. These capacities include balance, spatial-temporal orientation, rhythm, reaction, kinesthetic differentiation and motor coupling, which are fundamental in daily life and in sports disciplines. The objective of the study was to analyze the importance of coordination skills in the educational context, highlighting their impact on the integral development and motor performance of students. A literature review methodology, based on recent sources, was used to explore the relationship between the coordinative capacities and their influence in the school and sports environment. Using the "Coordinative capacities", "Benefit of sport", "Balance", "Physical activity in primary school children", "Development", "Education", "Education", "Coordination", "Development" and "Coordination development". It is concluded that these capacities, when developed from childhood, significantly improve physical, motor and cognitive performance, highlighting the need to implement effective pedagogical strategies in the national educational system to promote their adequate development.
