Abstract
El liderazgo directivo en el campo de la educación permite que los docentes se desenvuelvan en un ambiente motivador, organizado, con un propósito sostenible y sustentable en el tiempo; por tal motivo, el estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre Liderazgo Directivo y el Desempeño Docente de la Institución Educativa 60756 Claverito de Iquitos. El método que se utilizó fue el cuantitativo, el estudio fue de tipo descriptivo correlacional y el diseño de investigación fue no experimental de tipo descriptivo transversal, la población estuvo conformada por 100 docentes y la muestra fue censal, la técnica que se empleó en la recolección de los datos fue la encuesta, y el instrumento fue el cuestionario, para el análisis de los datos se empleó la estadística descriptiva y la estadística inferencial no paramétrica; según los resultados se obtuvo que 𝑥2𝑐 = 15.35 > 𝑥2𝑡 =9.48, 𝑔𝑙 4, 𝑝 < 0.05%, por lo que se concluye que existe relación entre el liderazgo directivo y el desempeño de los docentes de la IE. 60756 Claverito de Iquitos.
