Satisfacción laboral en trabajo remoto de docentes en un centro educativo experimental peruano

Abstract

Esta investigación toma interés al cambió de un trabajo presencial a uno remoto debido a la pandemia COVID-19. Como objetivo, determinar el nivel de satisfacción laboral en trabajo remoto de docentes del Centro Educativo Experimental "Rafael Narváez Cadenillas", Trujillo - 2021; el estudio de diseño y metodología cuantitativa, descriptiva, observacional, retrospectiva y transversal; la muestra de 84 docentes de inicial, primaria y secundaria, aplicándoles la escala de satisfacción laboral de Palma Carrillo (1999) con nivel de confiabilidad: Alfa de Cronbach de 0.88 y de validez: Métodos de jueces, análisis factorial confirmatorio y V de Aiken. Los resultados, un nivel de satisfacción laboral en trabajo remoto de 61.9% entre satisfechos y muy satisfechos. Concluyendo, la mayoría de los docentes se encuentran satisfechos con el trabajo remoto, los más satisfechos de sexo masculino, entre las edades de 30 a 59 años y tiempo de servicio de 10 a 19 años.

This research takes interest in the change from in-person work to remote work due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The objective is to determine the level of job satisfaction in remote work of teachers at the "Rafael Narváez Cadenillas" Experimental Educational Center, Trujillo - 2021; the study design and quantitative, descriptive, observational, retrospective and cross-sectional methodology; the sample of 84 initial, primary and secondary school teachers, applying the Palma Carrillo (1999) job satisfaction scale with reliability level: Cronbach's Alpha of 0.88 and validity: Judge methods, confirmatory factor analysis and Aiken's V. The results, a level of job satisfaction in remote work of 61.9% between satisfied and very satisfied. Concluding, the majority of teachers are satisfied with remote work, the most satisfied being males, between the ages of 30 to 59 years and service time of 10 to 19 years.
