Currently, there are signalized intersections where traffic flow can’t turn because off the constant passage of pedestrians. To solve this problem it has been proposed to study an all red vehicle traffic light to give alternated pass way to vehicles and pedestrians. To see the reduction of travel times, it has been developed a methodology, which calculates the capacity of the turning lane and the delays of vehicles and pedestrians. It has been studied the intersection of Teatinos St. with Moneda St. It has been developed minimum standards that must be used by the all red traffic light.
