QUISTE ÓSEO SIMPLE DE CALCÁNEO

Abstract

Se realiza el estudio de un paciente con quiste óseo simple de calcáneo, que por su escasa frecuencia de presentación es de gran importancia, aportando al manejo y tratamiento de esta patología con el uso de injerto óseo autólogo. En el presente trabajo se realiza una revisión de la literatura actual y también se demuestra clínica y radiológicamente un caso de quiste óseo localizado en la región subtalar del calcáneo el cual ha sido tratado quirúrgicamente mediante curetaje y aplicación de injerto de hueso esponjoso de tibia ipsilateral. Se observa buena evolución.

In this article we have done a study about a patient with simple bony cyst of calcaneus because of its great importance and tare frequency of presentation, contributing in this way to the handling and treatment of this pathology with the use of bone implant. We made a revision of current literature and we also demonstrated clinically and radiologically a case of bony cyst located in the region subtalar of the calcaneus which has been treated surgically by means of curettage and aplication of implant of spongy bone of tibia ipsilateral. A good evolution was observed in this patient.
