Conceptualización, análisis y evaluación de las políticas públicas

Abstract

The objective of this research is to present the main theoretical fundamentals of the process from the perspective of Public Policy (PP) in her conceptualization, analysis and evaluation and how to act if you want to solve a public problem. In this sense, the theme of the main theories that are discussed in this paper leads to internalize that the PP may increase or prevent the development of democracy in the country; depending on the knowledge we have of them and their implementation by of persons in power. Therefore, the contributions to be made at the academic level on this topic must be designed to provide systematic information correct thus solve the structural problems of its own economic and social issues of Latin American countries.
