La educación inclusiva en el proceso de formación docente

Abstract
La Educación Especial presenta dificultades en el desenvolvimiento pedagógico y didáctica, en la actualidad; los docentes requieren de bases solidas para manejar la inclusión y el desarrollo educativo en las aulas. Por ello, el objetivo del estudio fue analizar la educación inclusiva en el proceso de formación docente. Se relializó una revisión sistemática a través de Scopus, Google Scholar, Scielo, y Dialnet; usando como descriptores "Inclusive education in the teacher training process". Los resultados de búsqueda obtenidos fueron 83 artículos inicialmente, simplificando con los criterios de inclusión estudios de los 5 últimos años, solo artículos académicos, idioma; y exclusión fueron descarte de duplicados, distintos tipos de documento, fuera del tiempo de plazo; quedando establecido para el análisis 50 artículos. Concluye que en la gestión de formar a los docentes para la inclusión se convierte en un tema fundamental para el sistema educativo y los docentes, además de que el educador debe contar con experiencia como parte de la preparación docente, incluida la capacitación docente para el aula inclusiva.
