| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo fue determinar la incidencia de la calidad de vida laboral en el compromiso organizacional de los docentes de una institución educativa particular de Chiclayo, 2024. El diseño fue no experimental de alcance explicativo causal. La muestra fue de 128 educadores y se aplicó la escala de Easton y Van Laar (19 ítems) para la calidad de vida laboral, mientras que, para el compromiso organizacional se empleó un cuestionario (18 ítems). Los resultados evidenciaron que la calidad de vida laboral incide significativamente en el compromiso organizacional (p valor=0,002 < 0,01) con un valor Nagelkerke de 36,5%; con lo cual se concluye que la variabilidad del comportamiento organizacional depende directamente de la calidad de vida laboral percibida por los docentes, la cual actúa como base en la consolidación de un mayor vinculo emocional y sentido de pertenencia, entre otras actitudes favorables hacia la misión institucional. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | The objective was to determine the incidence of the quality of work life on the organizational commitment of teachers in a private educational institution in Chiclayo, 2024. The design was non-experimental with a causal explanatory scope. The sample consisted of 128 educators, and the Easton and Van Laar scale (19 items) was applied for quality of work life, while a questionnaire (18 items) was used for organizational commitment. The results showed that the quality of work life has a significant influence on organizational commitment (p value = 0.002 < 0.01) with a Nagelkerke value of 36.5%, which leads to the conclusion that the variability of organizational behavior depends directly on the quality of work life perceived by teachers, which acts as a basis for the consolidation of a greater emotional bond and sense of belonging, among other favorable attitudes towards the institutional mission. | en |
