dc.description.abstractSociety today demands greater responsibility from companies to solve their problems. The concept of social responsibility has evolved to the same extent that the company is committed to its environment to improve the conditions of stakeholders and their environment. The social balance is a tool to assess the commitment of the company and, in turn, set goals according to their performance. The aim of this study is, previous literature review, to describe specifically and succinctly the concept of business ethics from corporate social responsibility and social balance.
