dc.description.abstractIt is an obligation of Mexicans to contribute proportional and equitable to public spending, according to the constitutional principle. It is also the Government’s obligation to manage the public resources of Mexicans in a transparent, responsible and effective manner, providing them with transparent, comprehensible, comparable and verifiable information regarding the use and destination of each peso. Contributed. This is a descriptive-transactional cutting study based on the Index of transparency and availability of the fiscal information of the federal entities, and of the Index of the right to access to the information in Mexico. The study concludes that it is important to improve the transparency of the use of public resources.
