Abstract
En el contexto del COVID-19, las instituciones educativas se encontraron con la necesidad de mantener un liderazgo directivo eficaz, además de reconsiderar el enfoque educativo y la gestión educativa para garantizar la continuidad del aprendizaje y el bienestar de los estudiantes. Este estudio tuvo como finalidad identificar la influencia del liderazgo directivo en la enseñanza virtual en una institución educativa en Perú, mediante una investigación básica con un diseño no experimental, correlacional de corte transversal. La muestra quedó constituida por 101 docentes a los cuales se les aplicó un cuestionario, bajo las variable liderazgo directivo en la educación virtual y sus dimensiones: infraestructura tecnológica, aspectos pedagógicos, ciclo de vida, docentes, estudiantes y contexto institucional; encontrando que el valor estimado de ubicación entre las variables fue de 4.892, lo que indicó que existe una relación positiva entre el liderazgo directivo y la educación virtual en una institución educativa del Perú. Concluyendo que el liderazgo directivo tiene una influencia significativa en la educación virtual
In the context of COVID-19, educational institutions were faced with the need to maintain effective managerial leadership, in addition to rethinking the educational approach and educational management to ensure the continuity of learning and the well-being of students. The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of managerial leadership on virtual teaching in an educational institution in Peru, through a basic research with a non-experimental, correlational, cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 101 teachers to whom a questionnaire was applied, under the variable managerial leadership in virtual education and its dimensions: technological infrastructure, pedagogical aspects, life cycle, teachers, students and institutional context; finding that the estimated value of location between the variables was 4.892, which indicates that there is a positive relationship between managerial leadership and virtual education in an educational institution in Peru. It was concluded that managerial leadership has a significant impact on virtual education.
