| dc.description.abstract | La gestión escolar es fundamental para fomentar el compromiso organizacional y una cultura de mejora continua entre los actores educativos. Con el objetivo de analizar las representaciones sociales sobre gestión institucional y compromiso organizacional de directivos en una Institución Educativa Pública de Chiclayo durante el año 2024. Se realizó un estudio cuantitativo y descriptivo-exploratorio. A través de entrevistas semi-estructuradas con cuatro directivos, se analizaron dimensiones como el compromiso organizacional, liderazgo y procesos de gestión escolar. Los resultados revelaron concepciones divergentes entre una gestión innovadora y sistémica versus prácticas tradicionales centradas en la administración. Además, se encontraron tensiones entre el discurso sobre el compromiso y su debilidad en la práctica diaria, debido a fallos en el liderazgo, participación docente y clima laboral. Para superar estas brechas, es crucial crear espacios de confianza, comunicación efectiva y reflexión conjunta, lo que permitiría empoderar a los profesores y consolidar una comunidad educativa altamente comprometida. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | School management is fundamental to foster organizational commitment and a culture of continued improvement among educational actors. With the objective of analyzing social representations on institutional management and organizational commitment of directors in a Public Educational Institution of Chiclayo during the year 2024. A quantitative and descriptive-exploratory study was carry out. Through semi-structured interviews with four directors, dimensions such as organizational commitment, leadership and school management processes were analyze. The results reveal divergent concepts between innovative and systemic management versus traditional practices centered on administration. Furthermore, tensions will be found between the discourse on commitment and its weakness in daily practice, due to failures in leadership, teaching participation and work climate. To overcome these gaps, it is crucial to create spaces for trust, effective communication and joint reflection, which would allow teachers to be empower and consolidate a highly committed educational community. | en |
