Abstract
Los menores extranjeros no acompañados se han convertido en nuevos actores del proceso migratorio a causa de su exponencial crecimiento y peculiares características. La regulación de esta cuestión ha sido objeto de considerables avances en la legislación española, propiciados por relevantes pronunciamientos jurisprudenciales, aun así todavía quedan pendientes importantes desafíos.
