Diseño de la infraestructura en la prestación del servicio educativo de las instituciones educativas públicas

Abstract

Se realizó un estudio bajo un diagnóstico del diseño de la infraestructura y la prestación del servicio educativo, que requiere de atención para reducir las brechas existentes en las instituciones educativas públicas. En el estudio se consideró el objetivo de establecer la incidencia de la percepción del diseño de la infraestructura en la prestación del servicio educativo de las instituciones educativas públicas. El enfoque de investigación se circunscribe en un enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y de alcance correlacional causal. La población estuvo determinada por 541 docentes de 14 instituciones educativas y mediante muestreo probabilístico se obtuvo una muestra de 225 docentes, representantes de las 14 instituciones educativas. Se aplicaron dos cuestionarios de la percepción del diseño de la infraestructura en la prestación del servicio educativo, contemplando que el Pseudo R2 de Nagelkerke fue de 0.593 y se establece que el diseño de la infraestructura educativa incide en 59.3% en las condiciones el servicio educativo; así mismo la dimensión optimización del diseño de infraestructura predice mejor el servicio educativo, debido a Wald= 10.115 y p= 0.001 y concluyó que existe incidencia significativa del diseño de infraestructura educativa en las condiciones del servicio educativo de las instituciones educativas públicas.

A study was conducted under a diagnosis of the design of the infrastructure and the provision of educational service, which requires attention to reduce the existing gaps in public educational institutions. The study considered the objective of establishing the incidence of the perception of infrastructure design in the provision of educational service in public educational institutions. The research approach was quantitative, non-experimental design and causal correlational scope. The population consisted of 541 teachers from 14 educational institutions and a sample of 225 teachers, representatives of the 14 educational institutions, was obtained by probability sampling. Two questionnaires were applied on the perception of the design of the infrastructure in the provision of the educational service, considering that the Nagelkerke Pseudo R2 was 0.593 and it was established that the design of the educational infrastructure has a 59.3% impact on the conditions of the educational service; likewise the dimension optimization of the infrastructure design predicts better the educational service, due to Wald= 10.115 and p= 0.001 and concluded that there is a significant impact of the design of the educational infrastructure on the conditions of the educational service of the public educational institutions.
