dc.description.abstractIn the present research, a self-efficacy program was designed and implemented to prevent bullying in adolescents aged 11 to 14 years in an educational unit in the city of La Paz. Two instruments were used to measure the level of self-efficacy and another to determine the level of school bullying, these instruments were validated by experts. The research was carried out with a quantitative approach, of descriptive type applied with a pre-experimental design with pretest and post test. Once the program was applied, favorable results were obtained in the post test, in which it was evident that the levels of self-efficacy were optimal and the research hypothesis was verified.
