PROCESO DE RUPTURA AMOROSA EN UN JOVEN DE 23 AÑOS DE LA CIUDAD DE LA PAZ

Abstract

La presente investigación muestra el estudio de caso de un joven de 23 años de edad en la ciudad de La Paz, Bolivia, quien habría sufrido una ruptura amorosa en el lapso de 1 año. Esta investigación es de tipo cualitativa y se utilizó como método de investigación la entrevista semiestructurada para lograr los objetivos planteados. La investigación determinó como objetivo principal la descripción del proceso de ruptura amorosa de un varón de 23 años de edad. Como resultado de la investigación y a partir del análisis de los discursos del sujeto, se encontraron las siguientes tres grandes: Primero se observó la categoría de autonomía, la cual fue novedosa, ya que en las diversas investigaciones no se toma en cuenta la autonomía como un factor muy influyente dentro la ruptura amorosa, pero en éste caso tuvo mucho peso como motivación para el rompimiento con la pareja, considerando que lo atosigaba acortando su libertad; Segundo fue la categoría de estrategias de afrontamiento, en la cual se pudo apreciar que el sujeto usó mayormente una estrategia centrada en el problema, ya que normalmente evitaba manifestar sus emociones realizando diferentes actividades que lo alejen de esa situación estresante; La tercera categoría fue ruptura amorosa, la cual engloba todas las causas y emociones emanados por la ruptura, aquí se logró evidenciar la constante manifestación de la culpa por parte del sujeto de haber herido a la ex pareja, sin embargo, el sujeto también manifestó de gran manera alivio, al ya no tener que mentirle a su pareja para no tener conflictos y poder volver a sus actividades antes de la relación.

This research shows the case study of a 23-year-old young man in the city of La Paz, Bolivia, who would have suffered a love breakup within 1 year. This research is qualitative and the semi-structured interview was used as a research method to achieve the objectives set. The research determined as its main objective the description of the love breakup process of a 23-year-old man. As a result of the research and from the analysis of the subject's discourses, the following three major ones were found: First, the category of autonomy was observed, which was novel, since in the various investigations autonomy is not taken into account as a very influential factor within the love break, but in this case it had a lot of weight as a motivation for the break with the couple, considering that it harassed him by shortening his freedom; Second was the category of coping strategies, in which it could be seen that the subject mostly used a strategy focused on the problem, since he normally avoided expressing his emotions by performing different activities that take him away from that stressful situation; The third category was love breakup, which encompasses all the causes and emotions emanating from the breakup, here it was possible to show the constant manifestation of guilt on the part of the subject for having hurt the ex-partner, however, the subject also manifested of A great relief, as you no longer have to lie to your partner to avoid conflict and to be able to return to your activities before the relationship.
