Abstract
La resiliencia docente se refiere a la capacidad del profesional de la educación de hacer frente dentro del proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje a las situaciones complejas. El estudio tuvo como objetivo el analizar la resiliencia en docentes latinoamericanos en momentos de crisis. Para ello, se usó el diseño de revisión sistémica, usando el protocolo PRISMA a través de un enfoque cualitativo, de análisis documental de estudios académico de carácter científico en relación a la resiliencia docente latinoamericana en tiempos de crisis. En conclusión, a través de los estudios seleccionados se válida el aporte clave del término resiliencia en los países latinos hacia los problemas de estrés generados por la virtualización en el proceso de enseñanza.
Teacher resilience refers to the ability of the education professional to cope with complex situations within the teaching and learning process. The objective of this study was to analyze resilience in Latin American teachers in times of crisis. For this purpose, a systemic review design was used, using the PRISMA protocol through a qualitative approach of documentary analysis of academic studies of a scientific nature in relation to Latin American teacher resilience in times of crisis. In conclusion, the selected studies validate the key contribution of the term resilience in Latin American countries to the stress problems generated by virtualization in the teaching process.
