dc.description.abstractThis exploratory research presents the new Industry 5.0 challenges, the differences in the progressive industrial revolution, and the primary education and training roles. The theory that will justify the program development is the adoption stages, barriers and facilitators, pedagogical shift, student engagement and outcomes, and sustainability and scalability. The results suggest pedagogical transformations such as omnidigital education and ICT. F. Therefore, rethinking the Education 5.0 role, understanding when and why occurs considering the past, people's expectations, and oriented the new generations.
