Ante la llegada de la business university

Abstract

Estamos presenciando en todas partes la llegada de un nuevo tipo de Universidad que muchos llaman la "business University", expresión que no se refiere al departamento de Negocios (Business) de una Universidad -aunque ciertamente tiene algo que ver con él- sino que más bien se traduciría por la idea de que la Universidad se está convirtiendo en una empresa. Empezaré por referirme a los Estados Unidos, que son la cuna de la business University y el país desde donde este concepto de Universidad se está expandiendo a todas partes, para luego referirme a otros casos en diferentes partes del mundo.

We are witnessing everywhere the arrival of a new type of university that many cali the "Business University", a term that does not refer to the Department of Business (Business) from a university -though certainly has something to do with him- but more while it would result for the idea that the University is becoming a business. I begin by commenting on the United States, which is the eradle of University business and the country where the concept of University is expanding everywhere, then refer to other cases in different parts of the world.
