Recreational activities are an effective pedagogical tool for serving students with neurodevelopmental disorders. The study aimed to develop a system of inclusive recreational activities, based on an inclusive psychophysical approach, that fosters the development of spatial orientation in students with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in physical education classes. A quasi-experimental study was conducted with a descriptive-explanatory scope and a mixed approach. The current state of the object was characterized through observation, documentary analysis, and surveys. The results, in a sample of 40 students, 5 of them with neurodevelopmental disorders, demonstrated the need to propose a system of inclusive recreational activities for the development of spatial orientation in students with ADHD. The system proved to be functional and was validated through its implementation for 8 weeks in physical education classes, according to the findings, in relation to the data obtained from the educational inclusion and spatial orientation indicators.
