dc.description.abstractThis report shows how targeted investments in natural infrastructure in the upper basin of the Bogotá River can generate significant cost savings for Bogotá’s water utility. These savings can lead to improved water security for the city through more diverse water sources and reduced pressure for reservoir expansion.
