Esta obra, lejos de ser un tratado de derecho notarial y registral, sólo pretende ser una guía práctica para el estudio sistemático de la materia. Se dirige principalmente a los estudiantes de la carrera de derecho y a quienes se encuentran en preparación para acceder a esta delicada y apasionante profesión: la de notario. A esos estudiantes, germen del notariado del mañana, dedico con esperanza este trabajo, no sin antes expresar mi agradecimiento sincero a aquellas personas que han influido para su realización. | This work, far from being a treatise on notarial and registry law, only intends to be a practical guide for the systematic study of the subject.
