Abstract
La calidad educativa en muchos países ha presentado dificultades debido a políticas gubernamentales, factor económico o desmotivación frente a la modalidad educativa remota o no presencial, en muchos casos este tipo de enseñanza no cuentan con los estándares de calidad adecuada, también otro factor importante los contenidos curriculares para mejorar el contexto de la enseñanza para que los estudiantes incrementen sus expectativas de aprendizaje potenciando el desarrollo de habilidades prácticas y sociales. El objetivo generar un análisis mediante una revisión sistemática sobre la calidad de servicios en los centros de formación de educación superior, donde se utilizaron 45 artículos de los buscadores Scielo, Ebsco, Dialnet y Scopus. Criterio de inclusión se basó en trabajos relevantes, nivel de realidad admisible, relación directa con el tema de investigación, disposición de artículo completo. Como conclusión, existe muchos factores que afectan la calidad de la educación, estos incluyen: financiamiento, capacitación de maestros, participación de los estudiantes, plan de estudios y más.
