Abstract
Para alcanzar mayores niveles de Desarrollo Económico, el lograr una mejor distribución de los ingresos se constituye en una meta de alta relevancia, en razón a ello el objetivo central del ensayo es profundizar el estudio de la dinámica existente en la distribución de los ingresos para la economía boliviana en forma global, y los departamentos de Cochabamba, La Paz y Santa Cruz en particular, en los años 2005, 2017 y 2020. Para ello, se han utilizado los datos de la Encuesta Integrada de Hogares y el procesamiento estadístico a través de STATA, habiéndose probado que existe una relación inversa entre Pobreza y Crecimiento Económico. En el caso de Bolivia para el período 2005 - 2017 se observó una reducción de pobreza considerable y también un crecimiento económico elevado, objetivos que fueron compatibles, y en sintonía con indicadores de mejor distribución de la riqueza. In order to achieve higher levels of Economic Development, achieving a better distribution of income is a highly relevant goal, for this reason the central objective of the essay is to orient the study of the existing dynamics in the distribution of income for the Bolivian economy as a whole, and the departments of Cochabamba, La Paz and Santa Cruz in particular, in the years 2005, 2017 and 2020. For this, data from the Integrated Household Survey and statistical processing through STATA have been used, having proven that there is an inverse relationship between Poverty and Economic Growth. In the case of Bolivia, for the period 2005 - 2017, a considerable reduction in poverty was observed as well as high economic growth, objectives that were compatible, and in concordance with indicators of better distribution of wealth.
