Las herramientas web 2.0 en el acompañamiento de la carrera universitaria

Abstract
El sistema de educación ecuatoriano tiene la visión de educación de calidad, influyendo el todo el sistema, por ello la Ley de Educación Superior plantea la base estructural de las universidades, una de las actividades académicas son las Tutorías estudiantiles o llamadas también acompañamiento estudiantil, dicha actividad académica brinda apoyo a los estudiantes. Buscando determinar el impacto del uso de herramientas Web 2.0 en la formación académica de los estudiantes universitarios. Se considera como muestra de estudio alumnos de la carrera de grado de Administración de empresas, donde se utiliza la comparación del grupo con las herramientas Web 2.0 y otro grupo de control para establecer las diferencias. La experiencia encontró evidencia significativa de la disminución de la deserción estudiantil y mejoramiento en el rendimiento del grupo de estudio influenciado por el acompañamiento estudiantil con uso de herramientas digitales.
