Modelo de Gestión Educativa para la Carrera de Ingenieria Comercial de la Universidad Mayor Real y Pontificia de San Francisco Xavier de Chuquisaca

Abstract
En el presente artículo se plantea un modelo de gestión educativa para la Carrera de Ingeniería Comercial, para cuya construcción se han identificado las tendencias de la gestión educativa adoptadas en diferentes contextos; diagnosticado las deficiencias existentes en la Carrera; descrito el estilo de liderazgo y el clima organizacional predominante; e identificado las dificultades en la gestión educativa desde la perspectiva de expertos. Por tanto, los instrumentos aplicados para la obtención de información fueron, los cuestionarios del Comité Ejecutivo de la Universidad Boliviana, que permitieron obtener respecto a las áreas que componen los procesos autoevaluación y evaluación externa; el Organizational Climate Descriptive Questionarie, aplicado para medir el clima organizacional; el Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire, que posibilitó la medición del estilo de liderazgo; una entrevista a expertos con experiencia en el ámbito de gestión educativa, que se articuló en función a las áreas: Directiva; Financiera; Académica; Investigativa; Extensión e Interacción Social. El modelo planteado está estructurado en función a las áreas de gestión directiva, gestión administrativa financiera, gestión académica y gestión de convivencia y comunidad, además de estar sustentado en valores, centrado en el servicio y satisfacción de los grupos de interés o stakeholders. Por tanto, es un instrumento de gestión que puede ser empleado por autoridades y directivos no solo de la Carrera de Ingeniería Comercial, sino de diferentes carreras universitarias.
In this article a model of educational management for Commercial Engineering Career, whose construction have been identified trends in educational management measures adopted in different contexts arises; diagnosed deficiencies in the race; described the leadership style and organizational climate prevailing; and identified the difficulties in educational management from the perspective of experts. Therefore, the instruments used for obtaining information were questionnaires of the Executive Committee of the Bolivian University, which allowed to obtain regarding the areas that make up the self-evaluation and external evaluation processes; the Organizational Climate Descriptive Questionnaire, applied to measure the organizational climate; the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire, which enabled the measurement of leadership style; an interview with experienced experts in the field of educational management, which was structured accordingto areas: Directive; financia!; academic; research; Extension and Social Interaction. The model proposed is structured according to the management areas management, financial administration, academic management and management of coexistence and community, as well as being underpinned by values, focused on service and satisfaction of interest groups or stakeholders. Therefore, it is a management tool that can be used by authorities and managers not only Commercial Engineering Career but different university careers.
