Abstract
El gran desafío que tiene hoy la Educación Superior en producir saltos cualitativos en los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje, en los cuales los docentes figuran como protagonistas, ha llevado al fortalecimiento de los estudios sobre el modo de actuación creativo desde la disciplina Educación Artística en ese contexto. Los términos abordados han sido temas estudiados con gran profundidad por diversos psicólogos y pedagogos en el ámbito universal y nacional, siendo estos atributos esenciales y consustanciales de los seres humanos. Debido a su carácter primordial, deben convertirse en elementos directrices de las nuevas pautas educativas. Se expresa además que la creatividad del docente en la actividad pedagógica profesional constituye una cuestión fundamental en la organización y dirección del proceso de enseñanza- aprendizaje y en la formación de cualidades de la personalidad en el estudiante que favorezcan su actuación creativa. La presente investigación tiene como finalidad reflexionar a partir de diferentes fundamentos teóricos que sustentan la creatividad y la actividad pedagógica profesional de los docentes de la Educación Superior para el desarrollo de un modo de actuación creativo.

The terms discussed were topics studied in great depth by various psychologists and educators in the universal and national level, constituting these essential and inherent attributes of human beings, due to their vital importance, should become guidelines elements of the new educational guidelines. It further states that the creativity of teachers in professional educational activity is a key issue in the organization and direction of the teaching-learning process and in the formation of personality traits in students to encourage their creative performance. This research aims to reflect from different theoretical rationale supporting the creativity and professional pedagogical activity of teachers of higher development of a creative way of acting Education.
