Procrastinación de valores éticos y su impacto en la corrupción sector educación Junín Perú 2020

Abstract

Actualmente la sociedad afronta una crisis social globalizante. Ante los nuevos desafíos de la sociedad en conseguir el bienestar social, se tiene la imperiosa necesidad de contribuir en el control de problemas sociales. En el estudio se planteó como objetivo, describir y explicar el impacto de la procrastinación del código de valores éticos en la globalización de la corrupción sector educación región Junín Perú. Los métodos y diseños empleados fueron: Investigación cualitativa, método científico inductivo-deductivo con el diseño fenomenológico, estrategia hermenéutica, segmentación e integración para procesar los resultados. Se entrevistó a diez informantes claves trabajadores idóneos y calificados de las diez UGELs región Junín; obteniendo los resultados: la procrastinación de valores éticos se articulan con implicancia en el crecimiento de los actos delictivos en sus diferentes formas de corrupción. Se concluyó que la procrasstinación de valores éticos, impacta fuertemente en globalización de la corrupción sector educación región Junín Perú.

Currently, society faces a globalizing social crisis, it is then, faced with the new challenges of society in achieving social well-being, there is an urgent need to contribute to the control of social problems. The objective of the study was to describe and explain the impact of the procrastination of the code of ethical values on the globalization of corruption in the education sector in the Junín Peru region. The methods and designs used were: Qualitative research, inductive-deductive scientific method with phenomenological design, hermeneutical strategy, segmentation and integration to process the results. Ten key informants suitable and qualified workers from the ten UGELs in the Junín region were interviewed; obtaining the results: the procrastination of ethical values are articulated with implication in the growth of criminal acts in its different forms of corruption.
