RETROSPECTIVA Y PROSPECTIVA: GESTIÓN DE INVESTIGACIÓN EN EL INSTITUTO DE INVESTIGACIONES INDUSTRIALES / Retrospective and prospective: administration of research in the institute of industrial research
Abstract
Aborda el proceso de investigacion del Instituto de Investigaciones Industriales (IIIFI) de la Universidad Mayor de San Andres en relacion a la nueva Constitucion Politica del Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia y la Ley de la Educacion. El proceso de adecuacion en relacion a la investigacion y la produccion de conocimiento establecidos en dichas normativas supremas, con las orientaciones establecidas en el Estatuto Organico de la UMSA; pretenden promover actividades de investigacion en el IIIFI desde una prospectiva de vinculacion, institucionalizada coherentes a la demanda social. El estudio exploratorio y cualitativo del accionar actual del IIIFI como un mecanismo retrospectivo permitio analizar la retrospectiva y complementando con las visiones a nivel internacional en relacion a la educacion superior y las experiencias piloto en el contexto nacional, posibilito una prospectiva institucional. Es decir, dichos resultados fueron insumos para delinear una nueva forma de gestion investigativa en el IIIFI, pertinente en el marco del desarrollo integral de la sociedad boliviana. ABSTRACT The process of research of the Institute of Industrial Researches is approached (IIIFI) of the University bigger than San Andres (UMSA) in relation to the research guidelines and the production of knowledge settled down in the new Political Constitution of the State Plurinacional of Bolivia and the Law of the Education. The process of adaptation of the IIIFI regarding these guidelines and in coherence with the orientations settled down in the Organic Statute of the UMSA; they seek to promote investigation activities from a perspective of institutionalized linking, coherent to the social demand. In this respect, the study of working of the IIIFI constituted a retrospective mechanism, and supplementing with the visions at international level in relation to the superior education and the experiences pilot in the national context, it facilitated the prospective one institutional. That is to say, it projects a new form of research administration and pertinent to the integral development of the Bolivian society.
