Abstract

The overdentures treatment is taking increasingly summit due to the fact that the population has a greater education with respect to their mouth health, in addition to that, the Dentists are better trained to accomplish this type of treatment. This article intends to ilustrate the different attachments options to increase the retention and stability of the denture, it presents the characteristics of the attachments Preci-ball showing their placement protocol The attachments Preci-ball are easy to obtain, their clinical and of laboratory procedures are simple and fast, in addition they are machined in gold or paladium alloy and are easy to clean.
