COMBINED DETECTION OF HEPATITIS B VIRUS Pre-S2-Ag,HBcAb-IgM AND HEPATITIS B VIRUS FIVE MARKINGS
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of combined detection of Pre-S2-Ag,HBcAb-IgM and hepatitis B virus five markings(HBVFMs). Methods HBVFMs,Pre-S2-Ag and HBcAb-IgM were detected in 618 samples by ELISA. Results In HBVFMs,the positive rate of HBeAg was the lowest(3.56%),HBsAg was higher(8.25%),and the highest was HBcAb(43.37%).The positive Pre-S2-Ag(6.63%) was higher than HBeAg(3.56%),but lower than HBsAg(8.25%).In HBsAg-positive group, the positive Pre-S2-Ag was 80.39%,but,no Pre-S2-Ag-positive case was found in HBsAg-negative group. The positive Pre-S2-Ag was 90.91%(10/11) in big three-positive group, and 95.23%(20/21) in small three-positive group, and 58.33%(7/12) in HBsAg-and HBcAb-positive group. The positive HBcAb-IgM was the lowest(0.49%).Conclusion Pre-S2-Ag is more sensitive than HBeAg in reflecting the replication of viruses.Combined detection of Pre-S2-Ag,HBcAb-IgM with HBVFMs and applying the parameters of s/co can, clinically, better analyze HBV infection.
