Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación busca identificar la situación laboral de los titulados de la UCB y la inserción laboral de los mismos, para ello se aplicó una encuesta a través del muestreo aleatorio simple con un tamaño de muestra de 188 titulados de la UCB. Los resultados obtenidos indican que los titulados entrevistados actualmente tienen trabajo; sin embargo, algunos están buscando trabajo o no lo hacen puesto que están esperando resultados de entrevistas laborales o siguen estudiando. Los titulados son emprendedores debido a su formación académica en la UCB. No han tenido muchas dificultades para hallar un empleo, pero la experiencia previa es una variable que se toma en cuenta. El buen nivel académico, los buenos docentes con los que cuenta la UCB y el conocimiento adquirido en su estudio lo consideran como fortalezas. Mientras que sus debilidades son la practica de sus carreras, algunos docentes no bien calificados y la mala infraestructura de la universidad.Los titulados volverían a realizar algún estudio en la UCB.
This research seeks to identify the employment status of graduates of the UCB and the employment of the same, for it were surveyed through simple random sampling with a sample size of 188 graduates of the UCB. Results indícate that graduates are currently working respondents, however, some are looking for work or they do because they are awaiting results of job interviews or still studying. Graduates are entrepreneurial because of his academic training at the UCB. They have had great difficulty finding a job, but previous experience is a variable that is taken into account. The well-educated, good teachers are there in the UCB and the knowledge acquired in their study it as strengths. While weaknesses are practicing their careers, some not well-qualified teachers and poor infrastructure of the university. Graduates return to perform a study on the UCB.
