La naturaleza...un sujeto con derechos: Apuntes para la reflexión
Abstract
En la actualidad existen discusiones sobre cambios climáticos, economía verde, sustentabilidad ambiental y otros conceptos que se corresponden con la ideología neoliberal y su mercado capitalista. Sin embargo, en medio de esta ofensiva contra la Vida han emergido en este cambio de época nuevos derechos que están modificando de manera contundente (aunque no tan rápido como se quisiera) las estructuras de poder y las ideologías vigentes. Los pueblos están decididos a reescribir la historia logando recuperar la visión de Naturaleza que le da un significado único a la condición del ser humano. Los pueblos han logrado poner en las mesas de debate la urgente necesidad de establecer una relación armoniosa entre la humanidad y la biosfera con sentidos y lecturas distintas sobre la Vida y la Naturaleza a partir de la recuperación de la llamada cosmovisión de los saberes de los pueblos indígena, donde la dimensión ambiental se constituye en uno de los pilares más importantes. Considerar a la Naturaleza como Sujeto con Derechos ha abierto otros caminos de resistencia asumidos por Bolivia, Ecuador y Venezuela con bases y principios filosóficos y políticos que transforman los horizontes de Vida capaces de cuidar y proteger la propia existencia humana
At present there are discussions on climate change, green economy, environmental sustainability and other concepts that correspond to the neoliberal ideology and capitalist market. However, amidst this offense against life, in these changing times there have been new rights that modify overwhelmingly (although not as fast as I would like) power structures and ideologies currently in force. The peoples are determined to rewrite history, managing to recover the vision of Nature that gives it a unique meaning to the human condition. People have succeeded in putting on the public discussion the urgent need to establish a harmonious relationship between humanity and the biosphere with different meanings and readings on Life and Nature from to the recovery of the worldview of knowledge of the indigenous peoples, where the environmental dimension becomes one of the most important pillars. Consider Nature as Subject to Rights has opened other ways of resistance assumed by Bolivia, Ecuador and Venezuela with philosophical and political bases and principles that transform the horizons of life able to care for and protect human existence
