Abstract
RESUMEN: En la presente investigación se analizan los aspectos más importantes del procedimiento que se surte ante los Jueces de Paz; se identifican algunos de los problemas más importantes que se han evidenciado en la práctica; y, teniendo en cuenta los objetivos, las características y la naturaleza jurídica de la Jurisdicción de Paz, se proponen algunas soluciones a estos problemas.
ABSTRACT: This investigation analyzes the most important aspects about the procedure of the especial Peace Jurisdiction; it identifies some of the most important problems that have been evidenced in the practice and their solutions, taking in to account the objectives, characteristics and legal nature of the Peace Jurisdiction.
