Abstract

The research method was the correlational quantitative, through the Likert scale. The results show that there is a correlation of 0.545 with the dimension training - aptitude with resilience; 0.628 the values dimension -attitude with resilience; and 0.508 the transformation - action dimension with the transformation - action dimension; also 41.1% influence of the variable leadership on resilience. Concluding that there is a medium positive correlation and a partial influence of the variable leadership on resilience.
