Abstract
Resumen: En el presente artículo se analiza la evolución del derecho laboral desde la época de la colonia hasta hoy en día, así como la transformación del marco jurídico que regula esta materia y su influencia en la impartición de justicia, obteniéndose una conclusión del porque esta rama jurídica es tan dinámica y cambiante.
