La motivación en el contexto de las estrategias GTD para el aprendizaje por competencias

Abstract
La motivación es la decisión que la gente hace para lograr o evitar unos experiencias u objetivos. Del mismo modo, la educación basada en competencias se centra en las necesidades, estilos de aprendizaje y potencialidades individuales para que el estudiante alcance las destrezas necesarias para desempeñarse en el ambiente de trabajo. Por lo cual, el objeto del presente estudio es determinar la influencia de la motivación usando las estrategias GTD, para mejorar los procesos de aprendizaje por competencias de los estudiantes del VI ciclo de ingeniería Civil, de la modalidad andragógico de Working Adult de la universidad Privada del Norte, de la ciudad de Lima. La investigación es cuantitativa, de diseño no experimental, con un tipo correlacional. Para finalizar se obtiene que la Motivación influye directamente en los procesos de aprendizaje por competencias, así como a sus dimensiones que son los cognitivos, actitudinales y por procedimientos.

To conclude, it is obtained that Motivation directly influences the learning processes by competences, as well as its cognitive, attitudinal and procedural dimensions.
