Inducción académica de estudiantes como estrategias de transición a las universidades en el periodo 2010-2021

Abstract
La transición de la secundaria a la universidad, los bachilleres son afectados por el desconocimiento de la carrera, el nuevo sistema de estudio, que termina en la deserción estudiantil; las universidades realizan acciones, como bienvenida, charlas de orientación, asesoría durante el primer año de estudios. El objetivo fue determinar inducción académica de bachilleres como estrategia para la transición a la universidad, en el periodo 2010-2021. Se realizó una revisión sistemática de tipo descriptiva, utilizando palabras clave de tesauro de la Unesco de documentos bibliográficos de varias Bases de datos: Cochrane, CINALHL, MEDLINE, EMBASE, ENFISPO, Scopus, LILACS. Se seleccionaron 62 artículos de inducción académica y solo 9 estaban relacionados con la inducción del bachiller al ingreso a la carrera universitaria. Se concluye que la inducción académica de bachilleres fue una estrategia de transición en las universidades, porque permitió conocer a personas y no comenzar solo su primer día de clase.
The transition from high school to university, the students are affected by ignorance of the career, the new system of study, which ends in student desertion; universities carry out actions, such as welcome, orientation talks, advice during the first year of studies. The objective was to determine academic induction of high school graduates as a strategy for the transition to university, in the period 2010-2021. A systematic review of a descriptive type was carried out, using UNESCO thesaurus keywords from bibliographic documents of several Databases: Cochrane, CINALHL, MEDLINE, EMBASE, ENFISPO, Scopus, LILACS. 62 academic induction articles were selected and only 9 were related to the induction of the baccalaureate at the entrance to the university career. It is concluded that the academic induction of bachelor's degrees was a transition strategy in universities, because it allowed to meet people and not just start on the first day of class.
