Comunidades de aprendizaje en las instituciones educativas de nivel secundaria: una revisión bibliográfica

Abstract
Las comunidades de aprendizaje en las instituciones educativas de nivel secundaria, la cual es una tendencia actual que aplican los docentes para mejorar su práctica laboral intercambiando experiencias y material educativo, al mismo tiempo que abordar problemas que afectan el aprendizaje del estudiante. De esta manera, el objetivo fue identificar la importancia de las comunidades de aprendizaje en las instituciones educativas de nivel secundaria y su influencia en la mejora de las capacidades del docente y en el aprendizaje del estudiante. Se desarrolló una revisión bibliográfica de los últimos 10 años, se revisaron 40 documentos, seleccionando 30 de ellos. Por lo que se concluyó que la comunidad de aprendizaje es un espacio de intercambio de experiencias y conocimientos para fortalecer, mejorar, impartir, extender y alcanzar la calidad educativa mejorando las capacidades de todos los miembros. La familia es primordial en la participación de la misma y los docentes participan realizando aportes a la mejora de la práctica educativa.
