Aula invertida en el desempeño docente: una revisión sistemática

Abstract
El aula invertida es una estrategia de pedagogía no tradicional, que con el apoyo del uso de las herramientas tecnológicas pretende que el aprendizaje de los alumnos sea efectivo. El objetivo del estudio fue identificar el desempeño del docente en el aula invertida. Se utilizó como metodología la revisión sistemática, donde fue consultado en las diferentes bases de datos como Scielo, Web of Science, Scopus y Google académico, luego a través de técnicas de exclusión e inclusión, fueron seleccionado doce artículos correspondientes a los años 2018-2022, y se procedió al análisis de los mismos. Concluyendo que el uso de estas herramientas tecnológicas tiene relevancia positiva en la adquisición del aprendizaje de los alumnos; sin embargo, no cuenta con mayor significancia en el desempeño del docente. Además, la estrategia de Flipped Classroom, es considerada como una herramienta que fomenta la capacidad de análisis y resolución de conflictos.
The flipped classroom is a non-traditional pedagogical strategy that, with the support of the use of technological tools, aims to make student learning effective. The objective of the study was to identify the teacher's performance in the flipped classroom. Systematic review was used as a methodology, where it was consulted in different databases such as Scielo, Web of Science, Scopus and Google academic, then through exclusion and inclusion techniques, twelve articles corresponding to the years 2018-2022 were selected, and proceeded to the analysis of the same. Concluding that the use of these technological tools has positive relevance in the acquisition of student learning; however, it does not have greater significance in teacher performance. In addition, the Flipped Classroom strategy is considered as a tool that fosters the capacity for analysis and conflict resolution.
