Abstract
Perú es un país que tiene poca inversión o preocupación en el sistema educativo, a diferencia de otros países. Existe una necesidad que los estudiantes en las escuelas desarrollen habilidades que le permitan integrarse en la sociedad. El colegio, como Entidad Educativa y socializadora, le concierne encargarse del rol de colaborar a la formación y potencialización de conductas sociales buenas que guíen al estudiante a una interrelación positiva con sus compañeros. En ese sentido, este estudio plantea como objetivo analizar las Habilidades sociales y el trabajo en equipo en estudiantes del nivel secundaria. Se llevó a cabo un estudio mediante la revisión bibliográfica, bajo el análisis documental de enfoque cualitativa considerando las variables habilidades sociales y trabajo en equipo. Se concluye que las habilidades sociales son primordiales para influenciar las conductas, virtudes, creencias, facultades intelectuales y formas de interrelación entre los estudiantes.

In this sense, the objective of this study is to analyze social skills and teamwork in high school students. A study was carried out through a literature review, under the qualitative approach documentary analysis considering the variables social skills and teamwork. It is concluded that social skills are essential to influence behaviors, virtues, beliefs, intellectual faculties and forms of interrelation among students.
