Gestión escolar en instituciones educativas públicas en contextos de emergencia sanitaria

Abstract
Este estudio bibliométrico se enfocó en la gestión escolar en instituciones educativas públicas. Utilizando un diseño cualitativo, se realizaron búsquedas en diversas bases de datos, seleccionando 20 artículos relevantes de los últimos 5 años. La metodología incluyó criterios de elegibilidad y exclusión, evaluación de calidad de la evidencia y análisis documental con herramientas como Zotero y Atlas.ti. Los resultados bibliométricos revelaron categorías emergentes y frecuencia de palabras clave enraizadas en los documentos. La discusión abordó dimensiones clave de la gestión escolar, mientras que los desafíos actuales incluyeron la descentralización y la adaptación a la educación virtual. En conclusión, la gestión escolar implica planificación, organización y dirección para garantizar la equidad y la mejora continua, destacando desafíos significativos en financiamiento e implementación de TIC en un contexto postpandémico.
This bibliometric study focused on school management in public educational institutions.
