Abstract
Los entornos de aprendizaje son una serie de recursos los cuales han tenido gran impacto en el sistema educativo superior. El objetivo de este estudio es analizar los entornos virtuales en educación y las estrategias innovadoras del proceso enseñanza y aprendizaje, con estrategias innovadoras. La metodología fue cuantitativa con diseño descriptivo transversal, el método utilizado fue un cuestionario tomando en cuenta la escala de Likert como instrumento, con una muestra aleatoria de 130 alumnos del Centro Universitario del Norte, Universidad de Guadalajara. Los resultados evidenciaron que los entornos virtuales de aprendizaje (EVA) son herramienta indispensable para su formación, primordialmente utilizan la plataforma Moodle como se realizaba antes de la pandemia COVID-19, dentro de sus recursos si existen actividades innovadoras para el aprendizaje y comunicación clara y efectiva de los EVA, en conclusión, dichos entornos no se están utilizando en la etapa de post pandemia los cuales contribuyen a la formación educativa.

The results showed that virtual learning environments (VLE) are an indispensable tool for their training, they primarily use the Moodle platform as it was done before the COVID-19 pandemic, within their resources there are innovative activities for learning and clear and effective communication of the VLE, in conclusion, these environments are not being used in the post-pandemic stage which contribute to educational training.
